The tour guides here were very knowledgeable. They are well connected and know the park very well. For example, there was a lion siting on the other side of the park. The guide was able to communicate with contacts and take us directly to the lions. We saw all of the big 5, even the elusive leopards. This is a small family run business, the owners/operators take a lot of pride (pun intended) in their work.

Only managed to see two of the Big Five, but all in all great experience. Next I will a full day tour maybe I'll get lucky to see king of the jungle

We had a great start to our day in the morning before we had to pick up other guests for their half day at 11am .The level service given by our guide/ranger,Bheki was extremely poor. We kept circling the same area until we eventually spoke up and asked that we try new routes since we weren't having much luck with the same routes. He told us about an area where we would most likely see lions and we asked that he take us there since we still had about 5 hours left but he just refused in our faces and told us that the time wouldn't be enough and and and. He had been complaining about time and how he had to drive a long distance to pick us up and still have to go back, we are basically asking too much from him. He did not put much effort at all ,nonchalant to the concerns we raised and was extremely sarcastic about it all. He called the owner of the company "Veli" in our presence and even he did not see the problem. Clearly customer service does not matter to this company. I simply wouldn't recommend them based on the service received from the ranger Bheki and the owner ,"Veli". Oh I also have to mention that he did not want to drop the other guests next to their car at the gate, he instead wanted to drop them outside of the gate and they'd have paid again to enter the park just so they could pick their car up, because he was in such a rush to go back home. And he also got us to pay R140 through his POS machine to enter the park meanwhile the entrance fee was R93. He did not give us our complementary bottled water until we asked and they were covered in mud. Really really not worth the amount of money we paid, all because of the ranger made our experience horrible. No apology or remorse from the guide I wouldn't recommend, AT ALL. Even thought a self-drive would have been better.

We were really excited to go to Kruger, and one of the main reasons why we booked this tour.
We flew specifically from Cape Town to Johannesburg to join an Ama-zing Safaris tour.
After we had arrived in JHB, they sent an email about our tour being cancelled as the driver was sick.
It was 12 hours before the safari. It’s too late. They could have made another plan.
We were really disappointed.
We had already spent a lot of money on accommodation and flights.
They refunded the cost of the safari tour, however we had lost a lot of money.
We sent an email and called to ask them to refund our travel costs. They never replied.
We called a week later. It was annoying.
Finally, they answered and said it wasn’t their responsibility. It felt that they didn’t care about us.
It was terrible service. Think twice before using this company.
